The room had no sockets, especially near the bed, which was quite inconvenient. Access to the spa is paid separately, even though the room price is already quite high. In my opinion, if they included the spa in the room price, even at a slightly higher cost, they would have more bookings and more satisfied customers. Otherwise, everything was perfect, cleanliness, services, very friendly staff. In camera non c’erano prese, soprattutto vicino al letto, il che è stato scomodo. La spa è a pagamento extra, nonostante il prezzo già abbastanza alto della camera. Secondo me, se aumentassero leggermente il prezzo della camera including accesso alla spa, avrebbero più guadagni e prenotazioni. Per il resto tutto perfetto, pulizia, servizi, personale molto gentile.

Extremely terrible experience about this hotel. Reception desk useless, no any advisece about simple questions. In the evening Restorant was closed. Morning time, 09:30 we came to the breakfast and found empty tables.

Parking access has become a charge, although until a month ago it was free. The sockets in the room are broken – impossible to use. The reception staff leaves much to be desired in terms of friendliness and professionalism. In the Spa area, drinking water was previously offered for free, but this service has been eliminated. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, but the current experience has completely disappointed me. The hotel has turned into a strictly commercial business, with no regard for the needs and comfort of the guests.
