Peaceful location on the very outskirts of Chiang Mai, with a stream running through the property. Highly recommend the Deluxe Villa to be close to the stream and to really feel in nature. Fantastic service and friendly staff - thank you! The villas were clean, spacious, comfortable. Great air flow, pillows and bedding for a long sleep - the best place to sleep and unwind after many days of transit. Easy enough to use Grab for lunch and dinner deliveries, or a short walk to a quiet, well priced and tasty restaurant in a nearby resort. Many very local food and alcohol options in the suburb, within cycling distance, or short Grab ride away. Big fridge and amble space for balcony/outside drinks and snacks within your own private space.

Our first time staying here for a short holiday, 3 days 2 nights. The environment is refreshing & cooling, we stayed in a classic standard room for 2 persons is clean & big with a patio facing swimming pool. Breakfast only have 4 options, but they are really delicious 😋 & with a variety of bread & fruits as well. Free parking too. There are plenty of flower's farms nearby ya, drive about 10 minutes away.

Relatively small 'resort' is located in a residential area. Very quiet location, and you can hear the birds chirping in the morning. Getting a grab/bolt from the city center to here is easy. However, It is more challenging to get it from there to go out, especially early morning/evenings. We were stuck a few times, but Tai at the hotel was very helpful and able to help us find alternatives. The room was clean and decent. There is mosquito net over the bed, even though we didn't encounter mosquitoes in the room. My only gripe was that the tea and coffee making facilities were placed next to the open toilet area. Breakfast was provided, simple but delicious. You can choose from a few breakfast sets. There are also ready to eat pastries and fruits. There is no lunch/dinner available and the next closest restaurant belongs to another hotel a few minutes walk away. Otherwise, you can grabfood in as well.
