Pakasai Resort

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Every single staff member from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and the team at breakfast and in the restaurant was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always smiling ! Everyone was genuinely kind and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The setting is absolutely stunning. It really feels like you’re in the heart of the jungle, but with all the comfort and luxury you could wish for. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, very quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was by far the best we had during our entire trip: a wide variety of options and excellent food quality. I was even surprised (in the best way!) to see that they had whole fresh coconuts available at breakfast !! Such a nice touch. The pool is also beautiful, with very comfortable sunbeds. We enjoyed the happy hour and tried a few snacks from the menu everything was delicious. The hotel is also in a great location: everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, the beach… Just keep in mind that some rooms are only accessible by climbing a number of stairs. So if you’re the type of person who forgets things and goes back and forth a hundred times like me before checking out - this may not be the best place for that! 😉 We highly recommend this hotel!

This is the first time we ever walked in to a hotel we liked. We were staying at a different hotel in Krabi also in the center, but Pakasai just caught our eye after a meal in Kodam restaurant. Went to the reception and a pleasant receptionist took us to see all the available rooms… all were Stunning! We opted for a premier room, for closeness to the resort gate. The resort is huge, and you can enjoy just staying in the hotel, has a vibe of a village in a jungle. They have a great restaurant with a Michelin awarded chef, food was delicious or as the Thai’s say Arrrroooiiii maaaaak! Checked out of our other hotel and came back to Pakasai to check in and we enjoyed our time there. Great staff, great service, good air conditioning, clean rooms, no humidity or mold in the rooms, dining and breakfast are top notch. It is highly recommended for people who are ecominded with high standards.

The aircon was quite loud at night, and the shower was dripping a fair bit too. However, the room layout and color scheme was very comforting and relaxing. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, despite the room being a little bit old — but refreshing nonetheless.
