We stayed for 2 nights. Great, clean large rooms and a fantastic location overlooking the castle. Our safe and hairdryer did not work, but no major issues for us. Would fully recommend this hotel if visiting Gent and the surrounding area!
Super amazing location The staff, front desk and cleaners are amazing The location is right in the heart of gent A great choice for your stay in gent and you will be in walking distance to every where will definitely be back. ♥️💯 Flowers are fresh and Bar is open until 2am Amazing places to rest as well if you have a late flight or train out.
Fantastic location, and helpful staff with luggage storage. Unfortunately our room experience was not so great. Room 21 is right next to the elevators and corridor making it a very noisy sleeping experience for us every day. Also, the drainage is very poor with the bathroom sink and shower drainage blocked and the water accumulating very rapidly.
