We recently organized our Datalogic Eastern Europe Partner Meeting at Palace Art Hotel and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail throughout the entire event. The venue itself is beautiful, offering a perfect blend of elegance and functionality, ideal for hosting both business meetings and social gatherings. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event — not only was every detail perfectly managed, but when a last-minute change required us to move one of the key presentations to the restaurant area, they handled it seamlessly and efficiently, creating an excellent setup in record time without any disruption. The catering was excellent, the meeting rooms were well-equipped, and the support from the staff was outstanding. Both our partners and sponsors were highly impressed by the hospitality and the atmosphere. I highly recommend Palace Art Hotel for any professional event or corporate gathering. We recently stayed at your hotel during a concert and would love to share our experience. First of all – the rooms were absolutely beautiful: clean, modern, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, varied, and truly delicious. However, we were a bit surprised that, as hotel guests without VIP tickets (which were not available for purchase in our case), we didn’t have access to basic services like food or drinks during the event. While we were kindly offered a bottle, it would have been appreciated to receive at least a wine list or have the option to order something from the bar. Considering our total cost for the tickets and accommodation was over €300, we expected a slightly more inclusive service for hotel guests during the concert. That said, the hotel itself is wonderful, the rooms exceeded our expectations, and breakfast was excellent. We hope this feedback is helpful for improving guest experience during future events.

Dear Zámok Šimák, I’m writing to share my concerns about the service provided during my wedding planning. While I was pleased with the food at the event, I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism and communication from your team. When I raised concerns, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive response. Additionally, I was asked to pay for something not mentioned in the contract, and when I offered to pay only half, I was threatened with legal action. This experience, along with behavior that felt discriminatory, left me feeling disrespected.
