Nothing to complain about. During a 3 night stay in July 2023 we could count on staff’s help and hospitality. The hotel is pretty good when it equipment. It’s also clean. Our room was located on a fourth floor on the side of the building. We didn’t have any nice view but at least it was quiet during nights so we could get a proper good nights sleep. Air conditioning worked perfectly fine. Also, we didn’t experience any unpleasant odor from outside. No mosquitoes whatsoever.
Incredible 3 night experience at this hotel with our 20 month old toddler. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and very nice, and were so good with our little one. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The room was super spacious and clean, with a very strong shower. The location is prime as it is only a few minutes to the main square and also only a few minutes walk to the grand canal.
Everything was great. We stayed for our honeymoon and the room was clean, nice and spacious. Service was quick everyday and front desk was very helpful with suggestions and information. The only part that was average was the breakfast. Not the greatest quality.
