Beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. Rita at the front desk was incredible! We loved learning about everything we should do in Catania from her. The best part about the hotel was how intense the air conditioning was- it was much appreciated! The breakfast was delicious and had huge variety. Highly recommend staying here, the rooms are very comfortable and big. We received a complimentary room upgraded which was a pleasant surprise, and also loved how the rooftop offers incredible views of Etna and the city. Only negative is the food and service at the rooftop restaurant is awful.

This is a review for the rooftop bar/restaurant. We have not stayed at the hotel. We saw a sign for the rooftop bar on the street and got curios. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and showed us the way up. What an amazing place we had discovered! A truly beautiful terrace with the most amazing views over the city and mountains Etna in the background. It was lunchtime and not very busy which suited us. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The drinks were great and we had some snacks also. Would definitely recommend to go there!

What a beautiful hotel, with the most lovely staff. Our room was perfect and great value. Breakfast had plentiful choice. Very glad we drove directly there after booking.com sending us an automated message that the booking was rejected and booking.com collecting our money and holding onto it for 2 days. It was some of the best accommodation we had in Italy.
