Palace Downtown

We stayed at Palace Downtown for our 5th wedding anniversary and had a really lovely time. The Dubai Fountain was under renovation during our visit, which was a bit disappointing at first, especially since we had booked a suite with a view. But honestly, the hotel made up for it with their great atmosphere and thoughtful service. The staff were warm and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our suite was beautiful and super comfortable, and the location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything. We also had a wonderful dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants—it really made the night feel special. We’d read about construction noise in other reviews, but we barely noticed anything. It was peaceful and relaxing the whole time. We hope to come back again in the future, hopefully when the fountain is back! Even during renovations, it was a great experience.

This was our second stay at Palace Downtown and rooms are clean, and housekeeping is very thorough. it was just as great as before especially the breakfast service. Ms. Nur went above and beyond by arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter. We were truly speechless at the level of service and care. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at the Palace Downtown. The hotel is beautiful and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thanks to Sabbir, who took care of our room, he was lovely, very efficient, and always made sure everything was perfect. We also want to give a special mention to Eunice, who went above and beyond to help us with our lost baggage. She is a true professional: calm, helpful, and clearly knows exactly what to do in stressful situations. All of the staff have been incredibly pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a very good experience and we would absolutely come back.
