Palace Hotel a Luxury Collection Hotel San Francisco

We stayed in the Palace Suite and every moment from check-in to check-out was fabulous. The service was really a stand out, especially Jorge who greets you at the door and goes out of his way to make sure everything is well taken care of. Each night was a lovely turn down service with chocolates. The bedding is soft and the hotel is quiet. It’s a historical hotel that is elegant and refined. The only feedback we’d offer is the pool is freezing and the hot tub needs some refurbishing. We would love to return again!

I loved staying at the Palace Hotel as it's a beautiful and elegant hotel with a rich history. The room was quiet and comfortable, which I always appreciate. The hotel having an indoor pool is a cool feature as few hotels in SF have one. It was nice to swim in it even on a cloudy day. Several of the staff members I interacted with were very warm and courteous. The turndown service was excellent. The hotel is also centrally located with lots of dining/shopping options and public transit routes nearby. It's a hotel certainly worth staying at or visiting to experience its historical charm and gorgeous design.

I am Ambassador with Marriott, so I see a lot of hotels. This is one of my top ten all time hotels. Amazing service. Turn down service with chocolates and slippers… Everyone was very friendly. The lobby is like a museum-beautiful. Great location by public transportation.
