Great location with a good view, be ready to use rooms without bidets as many of their rooms dont have one. customer service is not good especially when crowded with customers. Clean rooms, great view, quiet place, evening snacks in the rooms was so on point and i love it, comfortable bed& clean toilets with all the amenities

Ok for one night. The room was comfortable including the bed. It was a corner room so quite spacious. Didn’t really encounter many staff to make judgement. The guy who showed me to the room was very friendly. Breakfast room was not very pleasant. Many tables half used and not cleaned and reset even at 6.30am. As a solo person I had to sit at a table for 6/8. Buffet was below average and certainly not 4* standard. Staff chatting to each other. No service to speak of, other than to confirm I could sit anywhere when I finally found someone to ask. Probably would not choose again if I returned. The plus is that it is centrally located, so easy to access restaurants.

I initially had a pleasant stay, but the experience was completely ruined on the day of my departure. I had cleared all my bills the night before, yet the front desk staff called me repeatedly the next morning, insisting there was an unpaid amount. Despite explaining that everything had been settled, I was forced to return to the hotel due to his persistence, even though I was already on my way to the airport. In a rush, I paid the supposed “pending” amount. However, upon reviewing the bill shortly after, I realized I had been charged for another guest’s room. When I called to inform the receptionist, his only response was that he would “check with the other room” and could only act after that. No immediate solution or apology was offered. To make matters worse, he asked me to return the bill via the driver so he could then charge the correct guest—something that should never have happened in the first place. This felt highly unprofessional and like a clear attempt to cover up an internal mistake or, worse, a scam. This experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing. I would caution future guests to double-check their bills and remain alert, especially during checkout.
