Palace Hotel Desenzano

The hotel was nice and quite beautiful, though the service was average. I had reserved a parking spot in advance, but when we arrived, it turned out they had accidentally given it away. In the end, it worked out for the best — the hotel parking cost €20 per day, and we found free parking nearby. The location is generally convenient if you're traveling by car. There are a couple of restaurants next to the hotel, and you can reach nearby towns in about 20 minutes by car. Breakfast was tasty and fairly varied — a good start to the day!

Great hotel. Staff were very polite. Bar service very professional. Concerned about lack of hand rail support entering both pools. Impossible for seniors who have mobility issues. Needs action before accident occurs. Cannot get cash there. No cash machines! Taxis are expensive but efficient. Lake Garda and restaurants superb. Bergamo Milan airport a nightmare. Stansted terrific for passenger assist. Hotel location bit out of the way but real good.

Im very disappointed to the hotel management they really had bad service! My husband booked for 3 nights and paid 580+ euro. they consider their hotel is a pet friendly hotel and it's written in Google search! but in bookings.com pet is not allowed.YES my husband overlooked the policies and it's not purposely to do so! that we bring our dog with us. It was an honest mistake!!! Instead of helping us to find a solution and agreement, receptionist treated my husband very rudely. SERVICE at the reception is very very bad.
