Palace Hotel Lake Como

We loved our stay at the Palace Hotel. The location on the lake was perfect. Our room was beautiful, especially our bathroom (separate tub/shower). We stayed in the renovated wing and couldn't have been happier. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily breakfast and are dreaming of returning.

Stayed here for 4 days. Nobody can beat this location. Incredible hotel and its amenities. The staff is super courteous and generous. In fact we had a small health situation during our stay and the reception desk staff were super helpful even at the middle of the night! Thank you 🙏🏼. Loved every bit of it. The breakfast is outstanding and specifically Alberto and his team delivered awesome service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to be in the middle of Como with easy access to everything.

Hotel is in a good location but the entry hall and interiors are generally very-dated and gloomy, with a disappointing 80's feel for a 4* hotel in the center of Como. Rooms are slightly more modern having been renovated, but the rest of the interiors lets it down. Definitely not a high-end luxury establishment. Breakfast buffet was very good though, and the dining room had more character and style. We will. not return and would not recommend it considering how many options are available in Como.
