This hotel is nice location and has a good viewing from the room. I was really glad to have welcome chatting with Mrs. Kim Chi and Mrs. Trinh at reception. They are really friendly and heart warming to me. I will choose this hotel also next time to see them again.
01~ 04 May 25’ Good location within city town, walking distance to shopping centre/ mall, lots of eateries near by. I stay room number 312, air ventilation not good enough be use the exhaust fan system not working well in the toilet. Reception staff has good personality, but no sense of urgency in solving my retreat group member who faced water leading in the toilet. She could have change the room for us instead of delaying over a day. As such, I don’t think this hotel worth 3 stars at all, more over, their breakfast food has poor quality. For my group of nearly 80 pax. The next retreat vacation will surely consider other near by hotel instead.
The hotel service here is absolutely terrible. I came to the hotel on a motorcycle rather than a car because of how crowded Saigon is. I came to the front door and the security guard was absolutely rude to us. He gave me a dirty look and ask TWICE if I was going to book a stay here in which I reply I did. As I walked into the receptionist, the receptionist said that they only had rooms with 1 bed available when on Super.com we booked 2 beds. He tried to gaslight us saying that they only have 1 bed but the email recipient says otherwise. I have proof right here and he ultimately blamed the website for the error. Lastly, they refuse to refund us saying that we have to refund via Super.com but the website doesn't do refunds. It was obviously the hotel fault for not removing the listing if they were out of rooms. I would've been fine if they were honest with me but they were lying.
