Nice hotel professionally run by only a handful of staff. Breakfast on the room. Dinner was delicious. Complements to the cook. We came for the snow but had to drive another 10 km for that. Unfortunately we could not drive to the piste due to closed road. Great views from the room and pool area. The poolbiljart is incomplete. Missing some balls and cue tips
I stayed there one year ago for 6 night. In General I was satisfied. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and every room has enormous bathrooms. One negative point is that the hotel is far from cities so you need a car. But the only thing that annoyed me is that on the breakfast buffet I found aunts and I was really disgusted
The rudest receptionist we have ever had the misfortune to encounter. 'Pickled in vinegar' is the image that comes instantly to mind. Had we not already paid we would have walked away. Yes the location is good. Yes the rooms are large but tired and ill equipped. The food served up by the restaurant in the evening was poor and breakfast was simply awful. The upside is the Spa although not all the functions in the pool were working. In short. Not one for a return visit!
