I had an amazing stay at Palace Hotel Tokyo! The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and offer stunning views of the city. The swimming pool is really nice, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering Tokyo’s best sights. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable experience!
Spectacular! Great service, from the first moment to the last. Beautiful, large rooms. Great spa and pool. Amazing breakfast. Really good location, nice to be next to the park and let your eyes have a break from sky scrapers / cement. Could not recommend this hotel enough!
Beautiful hotel, excellent service, food in the lobby restaurant was good; not incredible. The room was beautiful and large by Tokyo standards. Bedding was very comfortable. Snacks each day in the room were a nice treat. Nespresso machine and nice tea in the room. Exercise facility was very nice with lots of machines. Staff overall was excellent. Centrally located right next to the imperial palace with views of the gardens. Located a block from the central Tokyo train station and the subway trains right at the base of the hotel. Concierge gave us a recommendation for one excellent meal and one really not great meal. The concierge service seem to be too busy - perhaps they need more staff. Customers dress very formally at the Palace Hotel so pack accordingly. I felt a bit uncomfortable in casual clothing.
