Absolutely fantastic place, in the center of Vieste with very friendly and helpful staff and tasty food. We had absolutely great stay there. Totally reccomended
Solid hotel, good room and well kept. Great location. Out of season is very quiet and there was no breakfast which was not specified in the booking or explained on arrival. They offered us a coffee.
Unfurtunetly I didn't had a nice experience on the hotel. Starting with the first day they have given us the card acces for the beach "busola beach" that was included in the price/package. The beach is not at 5 min walking, is at 15-20 min far away and the beach is too busy, the water is not nice, and the personal is violent and was not nice at all. Explaining this on the hotel they said that this ( the beach) is a "regalo" explaining me that regalo means included and if we want to go fine if not to go in another place. Also the breakfast is a regalo as per the receptioner , I was asking if we need to pay if everything is a regalo 🤣🤣🤣. I don' t recomand the hotel at all as is not putting the customer first.
