We booked it as a weekend getaway, it was our first time staying in a hotel and it was the best decision to book that hotel It’s only a 5 minute walk to the train station and 1 minute to the beach We booked a large room with a tub, we were surprised how clean it was we were super anxious about that part but they didn’t disappoint us We had breakfast there and the selection of food is amazing from normal breakfast to pancakes, we were super stoked about that The staff is also super friendly and helpful We will definitely come back but this time we will bring our beloved dog because they’re also pet friendly which is a plus
Super location straight at the beach. Parking for 20E is fair, until check out time and afterwards 4.50e/hr (which is still fair). We had the loft family room, nice and cool design, all you need. Its not 5 star, but you also dont pay 5 star. Price value is good.
Was there for Valentines day. We paid for a room with a sea view. Got there and apparently the room had a leak. So they "upgraded" us to a bigger room but it overlooked the parking lot on the 1st floor. Not super thrilled about this. So we went back and they said they were totally booked but could offer another room on the same floor with a side view of the sea. Got in there, and it's a smaller bed, OPEN toilet into the bedroom (no door) and REEKED of weed. No thanks. Went back and of course no rooms available but for a small extra fee we could be upgraded to a bigger room. Since we already were there and not happy, we took it. Got a room on the 18th floor... except it was a "loft" bedroom with the worst death metal stairs ever and a external space heater next to the hot tub. (Oh no safety worries or code there... ). Nice view but the metal stairs, no handrails. Would not suggest for anyone with mobility issues. Shower "cabin" was drafty but otherwise stay was reasonable. The interior style was a strange minimalistic design. However, like many others complained, the breakfast is severely understaffed, lacking bread, coffee machine didn't work, only 1 person supporting with a junior who didn't know anything, in a full hotel... We complained and got our money back for breakfast (apparently 15 euro pp). The location was ideal otherwise I would not ever recommend this place. Be sure to complain because the staff is sympathetic but was not cool that they made us pay more to "upgrade" when they couldn't give us the room we reserved.
