Terrible food. Bread, bread, and more bread! Terrible customer service from the breakfast staff. Up button on the 2nd floor elevator is broken so I had to ride down to go back up. Someone accidentally post the -1 button and got off which sent me to the pitch black basement by myself. Creepy. Only upside is the hotel was close to a shopping mall which has food, clothes, games, etc. There is also restaurants walking distance which is needed because the hotel food is terrible
worst hotel and worst staff ever. dinner is terrible. you get almost nothing for breakfast and that nothing disappeared in 15 minutes. there was no refill. the staff shouted at us because we told them there was nothing and of course they answered in Italian even though we don't understand them. one coffee maker and the coffee is terrible. there was no tea, bread, eggs... only one type of cheese and one salami. the equipment in the room is also terrible
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Staff and Poor Facilities I had an awful stay at this hotel and I strongly recommend avoiding it. From the moment I arrived, the issues started piling up. The hotel staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it quickly became clear that they treat certain guests much better than others. There’s a specific staff member, "Donarls" (or something similar), who was particularly disrespectful and exhibited clear favoritism towards white guests. The staff’s behavior was downright discriminatory, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. That staff is so racist show clear discrimination The restaurant was no better. There was a severe shortage of food, and it seemed like they couldn’t keep up with demand. The few items they did offer were poorly prepared, and there weren’t enough spoons or plates for everyone, which made the dining experience even worse. It was frustrating and embarrassing. As for the hotel itself, the bathroom was a nightmare. It was not properly cleaned, and there was no hot water. The lighting was poor, and the whole bathroom looked like it hadn’t been maintained in ages. For a hotel that claims to be reputable, this was completely unacceptable. This hotel clearly has a long way to go in terms of improving both its facilities and its service. The staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism were the most disappointing aspects of my stay. I would never return and would advise anyone, especially people of color, to reconsider staying here. There are much better options out there.
