Palace Portoroz

This was our first time staying at a Kempinski hotel and we absolutely loved it! Our room was beautifully designed with a stunning view. The location couldn’t be better, right across from the beach, with private sunbeds that made relaxing effortless. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant and welcoming. Honestly, we tried to think of something we didn’t like… and we couldn’t. Everything was just right. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely return!

Beautiful place, fantastic food and service. The beds were very comfortable with a choice of pillows. The reception staff were very friendly, though the breakfast staff could be a bit more professional.

I'm writing to share my wonderful experience at their spa. It was my first visit, and I was incredibly impressed. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. I particularly appreciated being offered tea upon arrival and the thoughtful way my masseuse handled the treatment. She personally escorted me to the room, gave me privacy to prepare, and checked if I was ready before entering. The massage itself was fantastic; I never felt rushed and truly enjoyed the entire session. The offer of tea or water afterwards was another lovely touch. I highly recommend their spa and will definitely be returning in the future.
