We stayed here on our recent trip to Split. The location is unbeatable. We where able to explore the old city by foot and come back whenever we need the bathroom or just for a quick rest. It is so central - close to the seafront promenade and the palace. The facilities where great, the rooms ar fitted with many drawers and cupboards to stash your things. Super comfy bed. My only complaint was that the shower only had hot water for a very short time. I found this was the case at other places too, I assume the geysers are just small. Also be warned, there are 2 flights of straits to the room, so pack light.

The place is in a great location and very comfortable. The room was nice with a good mattress, as well as very clean. Toma was very friendly and always willing to help us with anything, as well as giving us many recommendations that were very useful during our time in Split. The mirror lights didn't work. Modify the location on Google Maps since it was confusing to find the place.

Amazing position, close to everything! I think calling it a luxury retreat, when it is one room with a bathroom is a bit of a push. Tea and coffee facilities, but no teaspoons, or cutlery of any kind. No table, microwave or plates. Only supplied one pillow each and when asked we were told there weren't any spare pillows or teaspoons. Only one small chair, a tiny wardrobe and no drawers for clothing. Online picture shows a kitchenette, and there is no option to choose a room, so we presumed this was the type of room we were getting. Shower was broken, and we were told it just needed to be gently closed. We were given a box of chocolates, as an apology, which were nice, but the shower was not usable. Luckily this got fixed during our stay (after a few requests). It is also an extremely small shower and would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues, plus there are 2 flights of stairs. Blinds are not block-out and the street lights come straight through let alone the early morning sun. Communication between ourselves, the agent and his "boss" were not good. This is not an apartment. There is no view of the sea, as shown on another of the images.
