A beautiful mansion located in the center of Úbeda, fairly well-maintained, although it has the inevitable minor issues of such an old building. The owner and staff are very pleasant and willing to help with any issues.

Perfect location, to visit the old neighborhood and churches. The house needs a general repair. Especially regarding the electrical installation, I don't know how it passed the technical building inspection; and that they gave him the bulletin of public facilities. I think it also has too much junk everywhere. Impossible to leave a suitcase in the rooms and hang clothes or leave something on a dresser or on any piece of furniture. There are bathrooms, a little dishonest; They lack privacy to do your needs. And odor ventilation. You (owner) could perfectly carry out the business, for a museum and with a guide... Hahahaha. José Sánchez the owner is nice and polite.

Casa Palacio, architecturally very beautiful, a gem, but not well maintained. It's impractical and uncomfortable, especially the downstairs rooms. The bedrooms are better, with good mattresses and pillows. The worst thing is the kitchen, very old, with few kitchen utensils, and not very clean. It could be significantly improved.
