A wonderful hotel! The building is beautiful, everyone who works there is lovely and it’s in the perfect location in Valparaiso. Every detail in the hotel was thoughtful and perfect - the breakfast, the room itself and the amazing spa. I was looking forward to staying before we arrived but the photos can’t do justice to how special this hotel is. We were very sad to leave!
A beautiful hotel that has a calm feeling, a lovely terrace view of the sea, good rooms, good location and friendly service. The staff were more than happy to recommend places to visit and very welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed drinks from the bar on the terrace late afternoon. The beds are comfy, the shower (and view) amazing, no noise can be heard from outside with the windows shut so you can get a good night's sleep. Overall a great place to stay.
Beautiful building, well worth looking around and just sitting in the library or terrace. Great location and friendly service.
