This is one of those places that stand out! I just want to come back even if i still didn't check out yet. The service here is worth more than the 5 stars maybe even 10 stars. I want to say thanks to the managers that teach people and hire the correct person for the jobs. This is a place to come back to. Beach is just amazing! At the moment I would say best hotel so far, if you see my reviews you see thats a lot of hotels i visited. Will definitely be back. Could recommend May month due to the weather has been great and still no people on the beach. See you soon ! And ones more thanks.
The room was lovely and the servers were very friendly. However, we were really disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open either of the nights we were there, which wasn't on the website, and we were really looking forward to it. The red level was also a bit different than we expected with quite a small pool and no bar service attached, meaning you have to walk back through the hotel to get any drinks.
Hotel is outstanding. My review is about the Restaurant "ENTREVIENTOS". Staff is generally friendly. We had to wait 45min for our main. We asked twice and only at the 2nd time were told there is a mix up with our order but food will arrive in 3min. We waited another 15 min
