The house is far from what they sell. First of all, consider where it is. It is a very small town and there is nothing nearby, so go with everything prepared or you will have to go to Almazán (15min) to buy what you need. Personally, I don't dislike this point. Secondly, the house is old. Very old. And it has just maintenance. The furniture is the same, very old. It looks like your grandmother's typical town house, but charging €560 for it. The towels were practically scouring pads. Thirdly, everything was quite dirty. When we arrived we had to wash all the dishes because they were very dirty. The house in general didn't seem really clean. Fourth, space. Something is sold that is not. It advertises 1 room with 2 double beds and it is a loft without privacy and quite complicated access with two mattresses on the floor. The sauna area room does not exist, there is a sofa bed and a bed in the middle of the table football room. The kitchen is quite small too. There are also 4 rooms with two beds and some extra beds that I'm not sure will fit in the rooms and in the billiards area again there are two sofa beds. The interior common area is very small. It is located under the stairs and is overwhelming if there are 14 of you that say it fits. If fewer people go, it will probably be perfect. The outside area looked great, but we couldn't enjoy it because of the rain, a shame. As positive: There was firewood available and all kinds of barbecue utensils. Bicycles are available to customers. Checkin/out was autonomous and completely free on schedule. The owner was pleasant when we had to communicate with him.

I don't know how the photos correspond to reality and the blackmail policy to earn more money for cleaning when leaving the house is ridiculous. Not recommended. I'll give you a comprehensive review after your response. An armchair moved 20 cm from its original place, a couple of glasses and a plate not taken out of the dishwasher or a paella pan moved from its place, are not €80 of extra cleaning, cleaning that is already charged in the original price. An advantage without closing, correct we have already paid you €10 extra for extra heating costs of a few hours. But I highly doubt Airbnb paid you anything extra without notifying us. I'm sorry to have to write this, but after spending a weekend with my family I feel obliged to report about going to this accommodation. - There is nothing nearby within 30 minutes, not even to buy basic needs. - We found the house very dirty and we were cold at all times. We had to wash all the cutlery and everything to be able to eat. Very very dirty!!! -The furniture is very old and I do not recommend it for small children or older people for their safety. - We were careful to leave the house according to the strict rules that we saw there, and they wanted to charge us an extra 80 euros for leaving a glass on the dishes, not throwing a balloon on my son's floor, or not throwing out the garbage from the bucket in the service bathroom. I just hope it doesn't happen to more people. He was very rude at all times with his cockiness. I report this so that no one ever goes through this awkward moment with this host and his management again. NOTHING RECOMMENDED
