Palacio Del Mar Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is advertised as 5-star, but initially, I had mixed feelings about my experience. While the management of the hotel could do more to live up to their 5-star rating, the highlight of my stay was Jelena, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to ensure that her guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. Jelena was absolutely charming and made my stay much more pleasant. Although the hotel has an astonishing view and is practically on the beach, it was Jelena’s exceptional service that truly stood out during my stay.

Very Dirty The bathroom is not cleaned and very dirty, with drops of urine and feces, the pillows and covers are not changed, the corridors are dirty and smelly. Very negative experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Something what want’s to be Hotel, but it was a few years ago. Interior of this building looks like the original Palacio del mar was closed 2 years ago, and now in 2024 someone kick the front door out and took key card from few apartment and start to rent them with no permition. I think that seriously, not a joke. My family did not feel save in this place at all. Receptionist have mobile phone all the time in his hands and doesn’t care who is entering inside. It is free open to everyone, from main lobby, beside “kids” gameplay room, also from parking garage. No safety measures. Elevators i think they are no controlled few years. Everything inside this complex is broken or dirty. Look at mine two pictures, it’s lobby from original Palacio and now… Really find something else. Me and my family, we are left in middle of the night, after spent only 6 our in that room, for little rest from travel. Highly not recommended this place…. Never again. !!!
