Palacio Domain Luxury Boutique Hotel

The hotel was very nice. But several things a little annoyed me... Like the vent in the shower and the refrigerator were broken. The dividing door was crooked and like curved. The beds weren't clean, and the dividing glass in the balcony was broken. There is not much to do outside to the hotel, and if it is not your last resort, I wouldn't go there if I was you.

My experience was truely awful, not only was the food awful but the rooms were in absolute disrepair. The doors to our room didn’t lock, the insulation could be visibly seen, our ceiling lights were on the verge of falling as they were literally hanging by a thread and the bathroom. Not a single comparison could be made which would truly describe how terrible these bathrooms are. First of all you cannot enter as the sink blocks the way to a toilet that doesn’t flush properly. The shower curtain fell off before I could take a shower and as I write this review, our floors are still wet after 12 hours from taking a shower as the drainage is that poor. I do NOT recommend this hotel

If I could give it less than 1/5 I would. Half the appliances don’t work, the lights are either faulty or falling out the room, the shower curtains are broken and there is mould everywhere. The food is absolutely atrocious, I would rather starve for 5 days. The wifi does not work from the rooms, only in one area of the lobby and it’s poor at best. Honestly if you’re considering coming here just save yourself the expense and don’t.
