Palacio Miraflores

I stayed at the hotel recently and it was quite disappointing, especially regarding accessibility. I was with a family member in a wheelchair, and we had to take a long detour up some ramps that weren't well-equipped. We also had to wait for the elevator to open for us at the supposedly accessible entrance. The second floor doesn't have an elevator, which I find unacceptable these days, in case there are guests who need one. The service was poor; we ordered drinks and they took a while. They seemed disorganized. The only good thing was the location and the scenery.

El peor servicio que nos han dado en mucho tiempo...se han casado nuestros amigos y les han arruinado el día. Para empezar el arroz que nos han puesto, no te lo sirven ni en el hospital. Lentos, mal educados y para que os hagáis una idea, los cafés para 62 personas, los han hecho con una cafetera de cápsulas, asiq imaginaros el tiempo en servirlo....55 minutos y faltaban 2 mesas más. Os aconsejo que busquéis otro sitio, si no queréis pifiarla. Y por cierto, la persona que ha estado al cargo que creo que se llama Ruben, deja mucho que desear.

Without a doubt, it was a disappointment. The reviews looked much better, but upon arrival, I was left with nothing but reality. A really dirty hotel with very few staff. My wife didn't like the food, and on top of that, I noticed the atmosphere was uncomfortable. I have nothing more to say. I've never thought of writing a negative review about any hotel, but I think I've reached my limit and must warn others about the hotel's dubious quality.
