Wonderful people and a peaceful location away from all the noise. Room service is 10/10, the pools are lovely, and the bar was amazing — fantastic people who clearly love their job and make you feel welcome. The restaurant food was decent, but the service could be a bit more attentive; on a couple of occasions, staff walked past without checking in, and I even ended up paying for my dessert without having it after waiting over 30 minutes.

Stayed here in June for 10 days been coming to this hotel since 2018 we love it. Apartments have everything you need and are cleaned every day. The restaurant and snack bar serve lovely food. Can get a sunbed all day long. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A great location for new and old town. A special shout out to Natasha in the pool bar, great to see you as always. A big thank you to Ana on reception, really appreciated your help with our card and nice to see Sandra too. We will definitely be back again next year Bernadette & Roy

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in March. The staff were all helpful especially Ana Paula in the dining room. We stayed half board but the room was well set up for self-catering. We had a pool view room which was quieter than the front facing rooms. It was a comfortable room though only a bedside unit one side because of the other facilities, thee was not room for one. We hoped we would get a bathroom with a shower over, but we got shower only. The only photos we saw of the bathroom showed a bath with shower over. Our main gripe with the bathroom was that there was no toilet roll holder, so we had to place one on the floor to be able to use it conveniently. There was also no shelf or hook to place things, just round the basin which didn't have a lot of room round it. These little inconveniences did not detract from a comfortable stay. The set menus for half board were fine, though we found the breakfast menu not very flexible without ordering from the a la carte menu. All in all a good holiday.
