This place will not disappoint. From the service to the food. The staff is amazing and always willing to help out however they can. If you want to be treated like royalty, please take the leap and book your next vacation here. One word of advice, ask for a bungalow furthest away from the beach. The seaweed, which cannot be controlled, is cumbersome in the closer bungalows. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary and after we got back on our last day from the Cenote trip the staff had decorated our bed and drew us a bubble bath. The attention to detail is amazing at this place. We would not recommend eating anywhere else besides the Palafitos Wine Bar. The food is top notch.
This experience was out of this world! Every aspect of our time there was amazing! We are telling everyone about it. Our butlers Fernanda and Liz were absolutely amazing. I really loved the fact that everyone greeted you anytime you walked by. The food was amazing! Just outstanding. We are looking to come back next year along with bring our kids to the generations resort.
It was an overall great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly staff. Fernando went out of his way to make sure we were pleased and we did not need anything. The food at the Palafitos restaurant was very good . The only one I was impressed with the presentation but the food itself was not as good was the elements dinner on Saturday. Otherwise, the food and the staff were outstanding. Although we may return to Palafitos, there is one thing that I would like to address. We were approached by the marketing staff for. Promotional offer, we agreed to one hour presentation which turned out much longer and did not end the way we would have liked. Perhaps, that can improve. However, I understand they are doing their job. We went for just the weekend and did not get to try the other restaurants on the complex. Hopefully next time we can stay for a longer time.
