We had the pleasure of staying at Palais Amador, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, pristine beaches (or lush gardens), and beautifully maintained grounds that make it a perfect escape. The accommodations were luxurious, clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which had everything we needed and more. The amenities were top-notch, including a relaxing spa, amazing pool, and exceptional dining options that offered both local and international cuisines. What really made our experience stand out was the staff. Every member of the team, from the owners to housekeeping to the restaurant servers, was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. They were not only professional but also friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the resort. We recommend Palais Amador for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with exceptional service. Families, couple or business trips 10/10 DIAMOND
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt an incredible sense of calm—exactly what we were hoping for. What really made the stay special, though, was the service. The owners themselves were there every step of the way, genuinely welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their presence wasn’t just professional—it felt personal. They made sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and went above and beyond by being there to see us off, even though we had to check out at 4am. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with truly thoughtful hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommended.
Book this place only if you plan to chill within the property, and not if you wanna explore Marrakech. It’s a 40-45 mins drive from the Marrakech train station, and will cost you anything more than 200 - 300 bucks (each way) in local currency. The place is spectacular, and really well done and maintained. But remember the experience comes at a cost - where you’re charged practically for everything - even a bottle of water and a coffee kept in the room. There is also an additional tax payable per night. What was rather unfortunate for us was losing a 100 euros during our 2-night stay. Despite a formal complaint, the management’s attitude was rather appalling. Even while they apologised and said they’ll trigger an investigation (after I was certain the money was there when we checked in), there was really no real intention and/or transparency to proactively share the investigation findings or the details of it. When asked they did give a summary response that they didn’t find anything. Nothing more to give us assurance or showing us some footage. It’s true when they say India is the best for hospitality. We do it so well, and how. You can sell an entire experience, but it’s nothing without the right attitude.
