If you're looking for a nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, then this is worth a look. The pool is great and accomodation well appointed, majority of staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and tidy. Few negatives though, it's a bit rough around the edges in places, the food (although big portions and tasty) is incredibly expensive, and getting a taxi to town seems like bit of a money making exercise. P.S. Loved the peacocks.

The worst 5* hotel! The service is dreadful, particularly from the manager Daniela who takes zero responsibility. The location is beautiful but the rooms are tierd, our jacuzzi bath did not work and the lights did not work and were not fixed by the time we left. No turndown service, the grass is not cut and ants run abound. The candles you see beautifully lighting up the pool in the picture were not in existence during our stay. Good luck booking a massage at the spa, the manager at the desk is surly and unhelpful, we had 4 Hamman's booked and all were cancelled. The food is expensive and at best average.

This hotel is closed, don’t waste your time or money! I had a yoga retreat planned and paid for 20 people to stay at this property. The retreat was scheduled for June 2020 and due to covid-19 the retreat was postponed until the hotel reopened. The general manager Daniella told me they would reopen numerous times over the course of 2 years, but that was a lie. I felt manipulated and mislead to believe they would reopen or offer me a refund since it was their fault for being closed for an extended period of time plus there’s a cancellation policy. I called them, reached out via social media and even attempted legal action but no response. This has been the worse customer service experience ever! Never imagined this would happen since it’s a hospitality business but I guess it’s not the same hospitality in every country. Palais Aziza hotel kept all of our money and we never heard back from anyone! I would never book a trip to Morocco, I’m traumatized by this whole experience.
