The price was the hotel is not fair everything the hotel is completely wrong when you see the picture when you go to the hotel it’s completely different the rooms and then especially the hotel is very far from Morocco. The hotel is 3 star at the most, food is really not good and limited menu. staff are pleasant but dont really seem to be around when you look for them. For what you pay and expect for 5 star (as is advertised), the hotel doesn't live up to this. I feel completely ripped. The hotel was good maybe 15 years ago but nothing has been maintained since which is a pity as there is so much potential.

The manager, Redoane, requested an unusual deposit of €1000, which I firmly declined because the room was already paid on booking. When he inquired if I had cash on hand, I was surprised, as such a request was unprecedented for me. I asked him what my options were if I chose not to make the deposit, and he abruptly stated that I would either need to provide it or leave. His attitude was unprofessional and quite rude for someone in a managerial position. He also claimed he would take responsibility if anything were stolen, which was entirely inappropriate. Furthermore, regarding the city tax, I had booked for two people but arrived alone. Redoane insisted that I pay for two, and when I agreed to use my card, he suddenly informed me that payment could only be made in cash. This felt deceptive, as I have always been able to pay city tax with a credit card. Lastly, be aware that the rooms are situated near the parking area, where loud conversations from the guards can be quite disruptive. The visuals provided don’t accurately reflect reality, so take note before making your booking. Low service and quality I highly recommend not going through their waste of money time and energy you can see even from the way he responded to the review it's very unprofessional.
