We spent in Fes 2 nights only, however this hotel was a great choice by location service and great general appearance! The stuff (whole - starting with personel on main gate by reception finishing on kitchen and cleaning stuff ) was just AMAZING! Very helpful and extremely nice. We felt great there 😊 We were offered a guide to show us the whole Fes Medina and it was best choice to accept it! We would never see all of it without Madih ! Not a five stars for me. Services to at adequate level, dinner buffet not satisfactory and with no indication of what food you were eating. Swimming pool was clased and noone said that.
I have been trying to get in touch with this hotel for weeks. Nobody picks up the phone or answers my emails. I still don’t know if the pool is open. I am worried that there may be unpleasant surprises when I get there.
