Palais Nazha Fes Luxury Lodging

We had a wonderful experience. They reached out to us and helped us understand how to park in the lot which is right next to the Riad. They came and helped with luggage. It costs around 40 MAD per night parking. Don't get scammed. Drive into the lot and get a ticket, ignore anyone telling you anything else. The Riad is on the back side of the old city and Medina. If you are strong willed and good at ignoring people you can walk right into all the action from there without a guide. Google maps works, but you can only update your GPS location when you have nothing above you or the alley is not too tiny. The breakfast was great in my opinion. Fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee or tea. Eggs how you want them. Beautiful interior. The rooms are slightly aged but very comfortable, no complaints there. The staff were extra friendly and helpful. I don't know all their names but there were four men who did the work of making and serving breakfast, carrying luggage, advising on what to do and see. Also, I got really ill one day and they went through extra trouble to make plain rice, and offered to get medicine. I don't want to prioritize any one of these men by name. They were all great in my opinion. The Madame who dealt with the money was kind and helpful. She spoke English well. I would stay there again. She recommended the plain rice when I was ill. We had a fantastic experience at Palais Riad Nazha. The location is great—convenient for exploring the city yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were tidy, clean, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He gave us lots of great advice and made us feel truly welcome. Thanks to his warm hospitality, my family had a memorable stay in Fez. Highly recommended

The room we stayed in was exquisite with intricate detail, impeccable service and warm, friendly greetings waking us every day! I cannot tell you how much fun we had in Fes. What an honor to share that time in such a beautiful city with my Father in Morocco, now set in stone for eternity.
