Almost a perfect stay! Great location, great rooms, comfortable beds, strong wifi, Air Conditioning. This wasn’t a typical “old” European hotel with tiny rooms and old finishings! If in Nice again, we would definitely stay here. A few small issues (not all the lights worked, we couldn’t figure out one of the showers, and the coffee machine might have been broken) but we didn’t complain so they didn’t get a chance to help….none of those were a big deal considering how happy we were with the place! They do offer an in-room breakfast, which was easy to order and arrived on time, but wasn’t that great. If you have time, go to any of the local restaurants instead - lots of good breakfast options in easy walking distance

Excellent location. Clean and friendly staff. Room cleaning service was good, but not great. Failed to refill products in bath and didn't refill coffee pods as requested.

While the location is fabulous if you want to stay in Old Town, the rooms are tired and in need of an update. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper or have a hard time falling asleep. You will either hear street noise from the courtyard below or from guests staying above you There is noise at all hours of the late evening into early morning hours of 2:30-3:00 am. While staff was helpful with booking transport, I’m disappointed to be charged 6 euros for salted almonds from the mini bar (mind you - we ate nothing from the mini bar nor drank anything). It makes no sense to eat the ridiculous amount of mini bar snacks to charge you when you are just feet from a store and restaurants. Who eats overpriced mini bar snacks from a hotel? This charge will be disputed but warning all who stay to take photos and document what is there upon arrival and departure since apparently housekeeping staff provided the information. Perhaps they wanted a snack for themselves. So many better hotels to stay at that are much quieter and honest.
