Palais Sheherazade & Spa

The staff are very kind people, but there are just too few staff to service the guests. The rooms were very ornate but were extremely dusty. Most of the hotel looked like it covered in dust. My two-star review is mainly based on the lack of cleanliness at the palace/hotel. But you really do feel like you’re staying at a palace when you visit here.

The worst hotel experience ever at this place. First of all, they changed the price after I had already booked, which felt like a complete scam. The service was incredibly poor – staff were unhelpful, and the owner was downright rude and disrespectful when I tried to address the price change . To make things worse, there was no hot water during my stay, and the jacuzzi they advertised didn’t even work. This place is clearly misrepresented online and does not deliver on basic expectations. They’re in the middle of no where in a very sketchy neighborhood. I do not recommend staying here – save your money and avoid the headache.

This is a very good example of how pictures speak louder than words. The pictures look amazing, but the place is not maintained. The employees are very nice but definitely not a 5 star service.
