An absolute dream – it doesn’t get any better than this! We had the pleasure of spending a unforgettable Week at Palais Tara & Spa, right in the heart of the Medina in Marrakech – and we can honestly say: this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Above all, we want to highlight the incredible staff. Every single person here – from the wonderful manager to the kind cleaning and service team – was unbelievably warm, welcoming, and helpful. You truly feel like part of a family, not just a guest. No request was too much, no waiting, no complications – they offered everything before we even had to ask. The hotel itself is immaculate, spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every corner shows attention to detail, and the whole place has a peaceful, elegant vibe. Whether it was breakfast, the spa, or help organizing excursions – they took care of absolutely everything. We have rarely felt this seen, cared for, and relaxed. This place is a gem – thanks to the people who run it with heart and soul. And a very special thank you to Abdul, who truly went above and beyond. He organized everything for us with such care, was always there when we needed something, and made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. You’re a legend, Abdul! Much love from the two brothers

This had to be the best place to stay in Marrakesh. Everything is just perfect! However, what makes this place so very special are the amazing staff. I was ill during my stay ( with a nasty cough) and the staff could not have been more attentive. Bringing me ginger and lemon drinks and looking after me in such a genuinely warm manner. Finding customer service at that level is something incredibly rare. The position of the riad is perfect for exploring the medina, extremely central, yet an oasis of calm and tranquility as soon as you step through the door. The Haman was a wonderful experience and my husband enjoyed a very relaxing massage. I would thoroughly recommend the Palais Tara and Spa to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Palais Tara. It’s well located in a quiet and accessible corner of the Medina. The interior is spectacular and incredibly comfortable. An oasis. More than anything, the staff is superb. They went above and beyond to take care of us, especially Hanna and Abdul. We’ll be back.
