Palais Trapp

This hotel was our favorite of many in our European vacation. The service, especially front desk, was warm, accommodating, and very thorough in helping with directions, food suggestions, etc. The family room is spacious enough for two parents and two teenages who each loved having their own bed. Air conditioning and a big bathroom were much appreciated too. Breakfast was plentiful and similar to other hotel breakfasts. The breakfast room was very spacious and pretty. We enjoyed meals away from the hotel more but you can't beat the convenience. We will stay here again when we return!

We stayed three nights in the two-bedroom Family Suite. It was spacious and new and perfect for our family - everyone had their own space, and the two bathrooms were much appreciated! There are many hooks, and storage is plentiful! The breakfast room is delightful, and we enjoyed having coffee with views of the mountains and river. If you have older kids, don't miss the mountain carting in Muttereralm - it was a trip highlight for everyone!

My family of 4 stayed at Hotel Mondschein for 3 nights in late June. We were very please with our stay. The room was updated and roomy for our family. The location cannot be beat. Loved the breakfast and service there. My husband can get his coffee and my two teen daughters can get their hot chocolate any time of the day. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It's the little thing that they do for you that makes this hotel exceptional.
