Palan Otel

We (two adults, two toddlers and one 1.5 years old baby) enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very friendly, made several surprises to our children, free of charge. Meal three times a day where everyone can find delicious food for themselves, plus various snacks and drinks during the day. Overall we had a great time and would like to thank Palan Otel staff for there attention and warmth.

Nice hotel in Erzurum, staff are very friendly and the breakfast was perfect

I came for one day holiday to Palandöken and chose Palan Hotel a friend referral. The hotel is generally clean. I have to mention a few points though. First, the elevator didn’t smell good. I think they need to check it. Second, I saw garbage and empty plates in front of room doors. I think they need to be quicker picking up because it looks bad. Third, the toilet paper was halved used in my room. I would expect it to be changed each time. Service is quick here. They come for help when needed. The location is very good. It is very close to the slope. I recommend half pension rather than full because you don’t wanna pay 550 lira just for the difference which is lunch. You can order food any time and pay less and have better food choice.
