Palangos Vetra

A very nice 4 star hotel, very clean and tidy throughout, quiet and restful. It's own restaurant and bar with buffet breakfast and selected menu of nice tasty meals. Spacious rooms with fridge for when you need to rest. 3 types of sauna, a jacuzzi and pool in the hotel. Situated just down from a lovely park with access to beach in one direction, in the other direction you get to palanga's main restaurant, club and shop strip that leads to palanga pier. A big thank you to all staff for pleasant stay and surprise presents when they found out it was my birthday.

Rooms were tidy and nice. The hotel administrator was very welcoming, too. Can't say anything bad about the stay. They had a spa in their hotel and it was very nice. Only one thing we had a bit of trouble was they restaurant. The staff seems unfriendly and uninformative. There were dirty forks and knives at the table we ate and took a coffee cup with dirty edges, so we had to change it. But food was well delivered and tasty, looking pretty. I recommend this place but the restaurant could be nicer.

Average hotel, would not recommend a stay here. The rooms are ugly, there is no space to open one large suitcase, without taking up half the room. Did have a good sleep in the bed, and no noise. As far as the service goes, the staff are sort of friendly, some good ones some bad ones. Made to feel welcome other times gawked at as if I had 6 heads. The location was fine, close to most shops (within 10 min walk) and close to the sea.
