Sharing a glass of wine with my wife on our private terrace as the sun dipped behind the vines was simply perfect. This is a place that invites you to reconnect — with yourself and with the people who matter most. The restaurant opens early, even before sunrise, which is ideal if you’re planning a morning hike through the vineyards. The menu is complete, refined, and filled with carefully curated local options. Service is another highlight. The staff are kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive — always looking for ways to make your stay more enjoyable, with that unmistakable Italian attenzione that makes everything feel personal. After years of being here, it continues to get better and better and better. Now this sky Barr hosts an amazing menu. It’s hard to leave this beautiful place. The pool, the rooms, the owners… Everything is perfect. They used to be a big secret but now everybody knows about it because it’s so amazing. Book ahead Enjoy this piece of heaven.

I gave an overall score of 4 because of the dinner we had at the resort. It was very average in taste. The room was spectacular with a beautiful view. The morning breakfast Buffet was delicious……with shaved truffles on the eggs!
