Palavra Resort

First timer at The Palavra spa & I was so delighted. The facilities are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Literally so relaxing to be here. The sense of calm & quietness was great. Not only that .. but Elizabeth was my facialist (I have had the pleasure of experiencing many of her facials & massages in the past). I have absolutely always been more than pleased with her service. She is such a professional, super experienced, extremely great at providing advice to best improve your skin & texture when at home. Her energy is contagious too & it ensures that you have a positive experience all the way through. I left the spa looking glowy & knowing how to treat my blemishes that I literally had to book my appointment for next Sunday already. Cannot wait!!

We went for the iftar and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is very nicely decorated with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the Seef area. There is water all around and trees so you feel close to nature. The service was excellent with very friendly and attentive staff. I particularly liked how friendly they were to my kids. The food was fresh and tasty. I must mention the great pastry chef who made us a fantastic crème brulé. Will definitely come back to try other features of the hotel. Overall, a great family experience.

We had an amazing and wonderful time on our dinning experience. Special mention to Ms Maria who assisted us through out the day. She welcomed us and has the best customer service.
