Unforgettable in every aspect. Friendly people. A great place. Fine taste and great experience, presented with high ambition. We enjoyed the short vacation, beginning with a wonderful room, helpful tips to find the best way of visiting that wonderful city and the well prepared dining room, which made us book the dinner in advance. That dinner was exciting. It was so stunning, that we repeated the dinner the next day with even more impressive dishes. The kitchen team is one of a kind. Try it, you'll be happy. We have a beautiful stay!  Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.  We arrived early and they invited us to sit in their lovely roof top terrace with a view of the canal, where they brought us prosecco.  They got our room ready early and had a welcome card and chocolates.  Throughout the hotel is beautiful Venetian glass art as well as original floors and murals.  Based on the photo online we thought our room would be larger with a tub but it was beautifully appointed with a mix of modern elements like the shower and Venician charm.  I highly recommend having dinner in the restaurant.  The food was truly spectacular and the service first class.  The Chef is imaginative, another blend of modern and classic. We are so very glad we stayed at this beautiful hotel!  Thank you!

We loved this hotel! Beautiful and the service is incredible. We decided one night to eat at the restaurant and it was the best meal we had in Venice. Keep in mind I am American but my husband is Italian and we live in Italy so our standards are very high. We will definitely be coming back!
