I just wanted to share how amazing the staff here is. I am in NY, and I needed last-minute help TWICE, for a guest staying there on scheduling a car for pickup and drop-off. Riccardo, Mario, and Gabriele corresponded with me via WhatsApp and Email to get the job done. Despite the time difference and the language gap, they were exquisite in all arenas. Will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lucca. Thank you for all your diligent and professional care and dedication!
Nice family-owned hotel near the historic old town of Lucca. The owner is friendly and customer focused. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Would always recommend comming here for a trip in Lucca!
Booked this charming,richly colourful with much history hotel was my wedding, The host were very helpful in all my needs and service was to perfection. Fabulous breakfast layout with so much to choose from . A very warm ,loving hotel . The hotel even made our wedding day grand by allowing the guest to arrive for a small toast before heading to the ceremony..All perfect.
