Palazzo Angelica Adults Only

Paradise is probably the word that would get closest ti describing this place. Literally, wherever you turn it looks divine, be it the view towards Oprtalj, the view towards the mountain or when you roam around this beautiful villa. Nothing can really compare to waking up swimming in this clean and well maintained pool or sunbathing surrounded by these views. The rooms are decorated in vintage style, very comfortable and including everything you might need. The breakfast is good, with fresh baked buns and stuff that goes with it - again, best when you enjoy it at the table by the pool or veranda next to the house. Jacuzzi and sauna are also very enjoyable. Finally, the service is excellent, very kind and hospitable. Thank you for the perfect weekend!

It’s a beautiful place. Calm and surrounded by nature. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Staff speaks English. I was a bit surprised that they don’t speak Croatian but I guess that most of the tourists coming here don’t mind. They also offer free bikes to rent. There is relaxing spa area. They have two saunas but one wasn’t in function. In wellness area they also have jacuzzi but “waterfall” function wasn’t working. Towels and slippers for spa are provided. They don’t provide a bathrobe. The villa is beautiful. Thick walls and tall ceilings. But there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. Pillows and mattress were comfortable and we slept well. I wouldn’t mind staying here again and would definitely recommend this place.

Overpriced facility, way too expensive for what you get. Certainly, NOT a 5 stars hotel, more like a 3 stars. Room was very small and not properly cleaned. Pillows were damaged. Breakfast ends at 10.00 but at 09.40 we were refused a cooked omelette because the waitress would not light the stove again. We were told on the phone that there would be a lift (my son is disabled) to take us to our rooms, but this was not the case. We ended up paying €40 extra for an upgrade that was neither necessary nor worth it. Not a disabled friendly establishment! Truly disappointing.
