I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Cozy Hotel — a true hidden gem offering excellent value for money. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed: toiletries, bathrobe, towels, slippers, hair dryer, complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a cold cup of ginger tea and rice crackers — such a lovely gesture that made us feel right at home. I really appreciate small touches like that! Another highlight is the dedicated motorbike parking, which is a huge plus in this area known for bike rentals. The staff even helped arrange parking, which was great for someone not too confident in tight spaces. The bed was comfortable with four pillows provided, and overall the room offered a cozy, restful atmosphere. During our stay, there was some noise from a neighboring room, but a quick call to reception resolved the issue — they handled it promptly and professionally. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly generous considering the affordable price — definitely worth it. If you're on a budget and looking for a comfortable stay for one or two nights, I highly recommend this hotel. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and unbeatable value.

Great, safe location! Walking distance to the beach. Ocean is gorgeous! Staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed here twice. The staff let us keep our larger luggage here when we went up to Hue for a few nights. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety of dishes. Room was clean and big enough for two people. Would stay here again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is amazing ! the beach is just across the main street, only a meter walk away. I loved waking up early at 5 AM and joining the locals for a peaceful morning by the sea. I stayed for 15 days, and after such a long time, I truly felt at home. The area around the hotel is one of my favorite parts of Da Nang -it’s clean, safe, and full of life. You’ll find many vegan cafés, local and international restaurants, night markets, supermarkets, and beach bars all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. My room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedsheets, making my long stay very comfortable and easy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting guests warmly. A special thank you to the kind manager lady who assisted me quickly and professionally with a small concern about my room. The breakfast buffet was another highlight: fresh, tasty, and with a great mix of local and international options – a perfect start to the day. Considering the location, service, and overall experience, the price-value is excellent. Thank you to the whole team for everything! I would definitely recommend this hotel: it’s cozy, clean, and close to the beach in Da Nang. I look forward to coming back again!
