We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the hotel. Rooms were beautiful and service / staff extraordinary! Michaela was so very helpful and attentive, we felt very welcomed and comfortable although we had major walking difficulties. Thank you so much for your help. The only disadvantage is that taxis/Ubers can’t stop in front on the hotel for access roads are closed.
Our stay at Palazzo Cardinal Cesi was exceptional. The historic charm, prime location near St. Peter’s Square, and impeccable service made it unforgettable. A special thank you to Claudia for her warmth and attentiveness, ensuring every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, elegant, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!
The location is fantastic, and the room was a good size and quite comfortable. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the wifi worked perfectly the entirety of our stay. Staff were professional and very helpful. While the Palazzo does offer a laundry service, it is very expensive. Overall, we would happily stay again.
