My wife and I stayed here for four nights for our anniversary. The room had all the amenities you could need in a hotel room (fridge, safe, steam iron, toiletries, AC, TV, etc.). The staff were very welcoming and made us feel special. They recognized us every day, knew our room number when we’d order food or drinks, and were always happy to chat. On top of all this, they gave us two glasses of Prosecco to help us celebrate our anniversary, which was such a nice touch. The hotel provided breakfast every morning, which was a nice way to start each day. The outside courtyard and pool is beautiful and felt like a vacation in itself. There is a restaurant and a bar on site, which is nice for those moments when you don’t want to leave the hotel. If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to anyone that wants a nice, centralized location to stay for their Florence vacation.
We did not stay at the hotel but we had dinner in the garden at the restaurant. Our server Camilla was the best-the perfect balance of fun and professionalism. She made us want to stay at this hotel on our next trip to Florence. The garden setting was so beautiful with flowers and fruit trees-again it made us want to stay at this hotel on our next trip. It was just so tranquil. The food was really fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back on a future trip.
The hotel is well located especially if you arrive by train (10min walk)! In addition after you have lot of activities you could walking ! Welcoming was nice and professional ! Our room was nice (junior suite) ! The view is not great but not important ! Breakfast that was included is excellent and lot of variety! Spa is very good ! Just the gym is small and therefore you need to reserve to exercise ! The only issue we faced was the fridge which was not working and with the heat we like to have fresh water which was impossible ! We asked to repair or change but nothing ! This was the only bad point during our stay ! Otherwise hotel is very romantic and also Used for business
