A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Italy – Palazzo Colombo Staying at Palazzo Colombo was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care from the staff. The hotel beautifully combines classic Italian charm with modern comfort, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The rooms are elegantly decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean, with stunning attention to detail. We especially loved the high ceilings, the tasteful decor, and the view from our window – it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night after exploring the town. The location is ideal – nestled in a quiet yet central area, just a short walk from the main attractions, local shops, and authentic Italian restaurants. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh pastries, rich coffee, and a variety of delicious local options served in a charming dining area that made every morning feel special. What stood out the most, though, was the personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring every detail was perfect. Palazzo Colombo is more than just a hotel – it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and elegant stay in Italy.

Just perfect. We arrived prior to check-in time and we were offered to use the pool of one of their sister hotels in the meantime. Towels and everything you needed was provided. It was stunning and relaxing. Together with this we got a room upgrade, the view was stunning. Despite the negative reviews regarding cancellation we didn’t have any problems. Would highly recommend this hotel and the other sister hotels Palazzo Flora and Palazzo Presta. Thanks for the hospitality!

I booked this room through booking.com back in May! There was no option to pay when booking the payment would be taken by the business closer to the date. Due to safety restrictions on my card my bank stopped the transaction so I updated my card and contacted the business both via phone and email. No communication back and my booking was cancelled one week prior to staying there! To rebook the same room and same dates was now an extra $500AUD . I’ve since found new accommodation which was lucky being peak season! Poor poor service!
