Highly recommend this hotel - great value for the location and amenities/level of service. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar with amazing views of the Duomo and the lobby bar is also beautiful.
Had the best stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond with their services. My room was amazing. Everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you
This hotel is extremely expensive for what it offers. The services are very slow, from bringing the luggage to the room to breakfast, where you can wait in line just to get in. It took over an hour to get eggs and a cappuccino. After the room was cleaned, they forgot to restock the coffee in the minibar, and it took an hour and two phone calls to bring it. The bathrobes were taken and were never replaced. Disappointing!
